Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with SPEC Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with SPEC Peptides, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General policy
All products sold by SPEC Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.
Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions described below.
2. Returns / exchanges
We do not normally accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified shipping error or a product defect.
Accepted return / exchange conditions
A return or exchange request may be considered if:
The product received is different from what was ordered (incorrect item), or
The product is damaged, defective, or compromised during shipping.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will generally not be accepted.
3. How to initiate a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email support@specpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, product name, and a description of the issue.
Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We will evaluate the request and respond with confirmation and instructions within 2–3 business days.
Do not send products back without prior authorization.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
Verified product defect
Confirmed shipping error (wrong item shipped)
Once we approve your return, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Processing time for refunds may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund exceptions: Refunds are generally not issued for:
Products opened or used
Products that have deteriorated due to handling after delivery
Change of mind or accidental order
5. Shipping costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
In other cases, you may be responsible for return shipping charges and any shipping fees associated with the original order.
6. Non-returnable items
The following are typically not eligible for return:
Opened or partially used products
Products that show signs of alteration, contamination, or misuse
Items not held in their original packaging
7. Order cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be handled under our standard refund and return procedures.
If an order has already been shipped, it must be returned (with authorization) to be eligible for a refund.
8. Damaged or lost in transit
If a shipment arrives damaged:
Notify us immediately via email
Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and item
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it and find a solution.
Claims must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
